Digital access and coaching
Digital products, community access, indicators, recorded materials, and coaching services are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, content has been delivered, or a session has been used.
Because trading education is digital and access can be consumed immediately, refund eligibility may be limited after purchase.
Billing mistakes
If you believe there was a duplicate charge, accidental purchase, access issue, or billing mistake, contact support as soon as possible with your order details.
Refund requests may also be subject to the rules of the platform or payment processor that handled the purchase.
Access after refunds or disputes
Approved refunds, failed payments, chargebacks, or payment disputes may result in removal of access to paid content, communities, coaching, and related resources.
